Ingredients :
1kg veal mince | 50gr butter |
150gr chopped white onions | 150 gr grated pecorino |
3 eggs | 150 gr grated parmesan cheese |
250g flat-leaf parsley | 2 cloves of garlic, chopped |
250g chopped basil | Olive oil |
Preparation :
- In a saucepan, mix the veal mince, onions, eggs, parsley, pecorino, parmesan cheese, garlic and basilic
- Make 60 gr meatballs
Cooking :
- In a frying pan, cook the polpettes in a mix of olive oil and butter
- Colour each side over high heat
- Then put on low heat, close and cook for 10 min
And of course, don’t forget the tomato sauce !!!
